All event sponsors receive a listing in the event/conference program, a link on the event website from the time of agreement until the event site is removed, inclusion in the press materials, appropriate signage and an option to have flyers inserted into the registration packets and/or placed on tables or chairs.

Discounts are available to companies bundling one or more sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, these packages may include features such as magazine ads, advertising discounts, event registrations and blast emails to registered attendees.
