Tracy Vecchio
Executive Assistant
Tracy Vecchio joined the staff in 2010 to assist on a temporary basis and joined the staff full time in 2011. As Executive Assistant, she assists both the Executive Director and Foundation Director with matters relating to the American Mensa Committee, the Mensa Foundation and the board of trustees, and national committees.
She works with host groups to coordinate AMC and Foundation meetings, distributing the agenda and officer reports, and making travel arrangements for the AMC, the Foundation and staff members as needed. She also works with the hotels to facilitate events, overseeing rooms, billing, meals, audiovisual, etc., in preparation for those meetings.
She also handles administrative and management duties for the National Office, maintaining records and master files, keeping track of projects and deadlines, assisting with new employee orientation, and maintaining office supply inventory. She oversees general office maintenance, including vendor contracts, and works with the Director of Operations to manage equipment contacts. She also supervises the Office Assistant.
